CSSS  SCHEME UPDATE

Download MOU singed on 03 Sep 2012.
CSSS SCHEME MOU has been signed with the recognized union in Delhi on 3rd September 2012  


W & A Cadre 30 Lakhs. Contribution 1200 per month.

S cadre & up to E4 level 40 Lakhs. Contribution 1550 per month.

E5 & above 50 Lakhs contibution 2000 per month.

On accumulated amount 6% compounded interest will be given at the time of retirement.(Change from earlier 5 % simple interest)
50%  amount on death in service and remaining 50 percent in five equal installments in five years.
25% amount will be paid to dependent parents.

Rs 132000 Group Insurance in addition to CSSS scheme. 


Scheme will be implemented from date of approval from ONGC board of directors.

JCM update :-
1) Mobile bill revised Rs. 750 for Class III & IV.  Rs. 1000 for S Category.
2) Fitment benefit for those who joined after 1997 has been cleared in EC meeting scheduled on 20 march. 
3) Tenure base age limit to be extended from 45 to 50 years proposal will be sent in EC meeting for approval .
4) Airline check fare for tenure employees doing on off from Visakhapatnam approved order issued 27 March.
5) Laptop for S category employees has been principally agreed proposal will be sent for further approval.
6) Under ground mining allowance OT difference will be paid from 26.11.2008 office order issued for the same.
7) Discussion for Contact Employees Pay Revision started.
